We are a law firm that has been offering auditing services for over ten years. Our company was founded in response to the needs related to the development of native capital. We offer business-centric solutions for small and medium enterprises that ensure the security of their finances.

The expansion of Polish companies results in a natural need for development in accounting and finance. Based on the experience gained at reputable companies such as KPMG, Roedl & Partner, Grant Thornton, we founded an auditing company whose main goal is to meet these needs of Polish business entities.

We know the intricacies of Polish small and medium enterprises well. We have many years of experience in issuing opinions on financial statements, public projects, consulting in the field of transformation of business entities and in the field of accounting, support for finance and accounting departments in implementing new systems and obtaining financing. We are able to manage the processes related to auditing, as well as the specifics of business entities.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking, with a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. During a professional career as Financial Director, he obtained the rights of a certified auditor while employed at Roedl & Partner and KPMG. He possesses many years of experience in auditing Polish financial statements as well as group consolidation packages for companies belonging to international capital groups.

Aleksandra Pilip

Auditor

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking as well as Postgraduate Studies in Taxes and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. During her professional career she was the Chief Accountant in companies from the publishing, automotive, medical, construction, food and service industries. She obtained the rights of a certified auditor during her employment at Grant Thornton Frąckowiak in 2010. Has many years of experience in both accounting and auditing of financial statements of commercial law companies.

Marta Nieścierowicz

Lawyer, Data Protection Specialist

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, as well as Postgraduate Studies in Information Security Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. An advisor in the field of data protection and information security, with 13 years of experience in consulting and ensuring compliance of business entities with regulations and best practices in data protection. She has successfully completed numerous projects supporting organizations in risk assessment for operations based on data processing in accordance with GDPR regulations, especially in the telecommunications, e-commerce, banking, insurance, local government, real estate development, and IT sectors. An experienced auditor in the implementation of Quality Management Systems according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard and Information Security Management Systems according to the ISO 27001:2013 standard.

He studied at the University of Information Technology and Administration under the auspices of the Polish Academy of Sciences. With many years of experience in the field of IT gained in international corporations on a global scale. He currently manages his own company PS-Systems, managing entire IT areas in small and medium-sized enterprises. The company specializes in supervising the implementation of new systems in business entities with an emphasis on maintaining their integrity at the level of the entire company or capital group.

We use knowledge not only in the fields of financial accounting, but also in financial analysis and management accounting to analyze historical financial data and budgets. The detailed final report we have developed reflects the current situation of the entity by identifying risks to answer all questions asked by the client.

Accounting
services

We provide accounting administration services. The subject scope of the service is agreed with the client individually. In particular, we try to support entities that, after transformation or after exceeding statutory thresholds, are obliged to keep full accounting. We are also a support for larger entities serviced comprehensively by the teams of the IPSO IURE law and tax office.
